This statement informs you about which personal data we process, for what purpose and to what extent. Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and obtain consent where no legal basis for processing exists.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), (b) performance of contract, (c) legal obligation, (d) vital interests, or (f) legitimate interests.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content. You recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock icon in your browser address bar.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We only transfer your personal data to third parties with your explicit consent, when legally required, when necessary to perform a contract with you, or where overriding legitimate interests justify the transfer.
6. Contact / contact form
Personal data submitted via contact forms or email is used exclusively to respond to your request. Data is deleted once the matter has been resolved, unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.
7. Web analytics — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland), to analyse the use of our site. IP addresses are anonymised. You can opt out via the Google Analytics browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
8. Application procedures
Applicant data is processed for recruitment purposes based on Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act. Unsuccessful applicant data is stored for no longer than 6 months. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
